I don't sell you my time or my presence in your office, but fast and reliable results, all enhanced with useful advice drawn from 15 years of experience in my field.

If we work together, I will visit you physically at the beginning for the project launch phase, possibly during key project milestones, and when necessary. I do not do full in-person work as a principle or for reasons of "company culture" or "team spirit"; for that, you need permanent employees....

I work with my team, which handles industrial design, electronic hardware, embedded software, and mechanics.

On my end, I usually act as the project manager and the glue between all these individuals, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and costs, the ability to industrialize your product (DFX, NPI), test benches, supplier management (sourcing and negotiation), prototyping, and certification (testing, interface with labs and certification bodies).

With a background in telecommunications electronics engineering, I also hold a Master's in Business Administration, giving me a marketing and strategic perspective, akin to a product manager.

8 years in Shenzhen.

I worked for Parrot (industrialization and project management), then for Carmat (industrialization).

With an extremely transversal view and understanding of the entire value chain from idea to product realization, including design, engineering, prototyping, certification, and industrialization phases, my team and I are capable of assisting you from A (specifications) to Z (doorstep delivery) by optimizing design and engineering.
