- Content and social media monitoring and analysis: Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mention, and Data Studio.

- Plan and manage the content editorial calendar with around 20 monthly blog posts, +100 social media posts, and employer branding content.

- Implement employer branding strategy with the Talent team: EB campaigns that include Strapi Life Blog posts, videos of Strapi benefits, and promotion posts to increase talent attraction.

- Plan and produce the weekly newsletter sent to around 60k subscribers. About 60 editions have been sent with the latest news, owned and user-generated content, upcoming events, and employer branding content.

- Content syndication across multiple platforms such as Medium, Hashnode, Dev.to, and Hacker News to ensure a strong web presence.

Slow fashion marketplace to buy and sell second-hand clothes. More than 300 users selling clothes, over 7,500 second-hand garments sold. Around 2,000 garments were donated to "La Alianza" foster home, social projects with people with cognitive disabilities and fundraising for people affected by the pandemic.

- Evaluate, develop treatment and provide psychological care to 15 Special Olympics athletes who attended Funcepede.

- Support in the elaboration of the psychological profile of approximately 70 athletes who attended organizations allied to Special Olympics.

- Facilitate workshops for parents and caregivers of athletes.

- Organize and facilitate a congress for parents and siblings of Special Olympics athletes during the II Central American and Caribbean Unified Soccer Tournament of Special Olympics.
