For over 20 years, I have been helping medium-sized companies ensure that both communication and digital requirements are actually implemented in everyday work. Currently, this requirement for many companies is: AI competence. Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Regulation obliges companies to train their employees in dealing with AI and to be able to prove this. This is exactly where I come in: practice-oriented, understandable training on tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, useful prompt engineering for everyday work, and documentation that, if in doubt, will also stand up to an auditor.

What sets me apart from many AI trainers is the combination of real training experience and technical understanding. For 17 years, as Head of International Marketing & Training, I supported medium-sized technology companies in their internationalization, localized complex technical documentation for the US market, and developed and conducted programs for digital and intercultural competence for managers. After that, as a consultant and interim manager, I implemented e-commerce systems and trained teams directly in dealing with digital tools. With the ISC2 certification „Certified in Cybersecurity" (CC), I additionally bring in-depth security and risk understanding to every training session – for AI topics, this is not a secondary aspect, but a core component of serious training.

I also offer English lessons and coaching for individuals and teams, often in combination with technical training for internationally oriented companies.

Typical projects: AI competence workshops for teams (half-day or multi-day, with a focus on Article 4 compliance), advanced Excel and Word training, ongoing individual or group coaching on AI tools in everyday work, and English lessons for professionals. I work both on-site in the Fulda region (up to 50 km) and remotely via video conference.
