My focus is on AI agents that respond based on your real company knowledge (RAG), qualify leads, and automatically handle appointment bookings — directly on your website or via other digital channels. I also automate business processes with Python and n8n, taking recurring tasks off your hands — without the need for your own IT department.

A concrete example from practice: As a full-stack developer, I built DialogHub — a production-ready, live-operated AI platform for customer communication. Developed entirely in-house (TypeScript/Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL), with LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), booking integrations (Cal.com, eTermin), and Stripe integration. The system is GDPR-compliant by design and hosted in Frankfurt — customer data remains in the EU, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for training AI models.
