I coach two sales organizations throughout their entire sales process – from the initial contact to the closing. We look at where conversations falter, where handovers get stuck, and where there is no clear procedure between gut feeling and method. From this, we develop routines that are repeatable without seeming rigid. For me, sales is less about talent and more about craftsmanship – and coaching is the space where this craft is learned and refined.

As a founder and former managing director, I have led over 100 employees and trained and further educated managers. I have built departments, created systems, broken records, and received awards. For over 12 years, I built and successfully managed my own personnel service company – with scaling teams that I developed from scratch.

My goal today: to pass on my knowledge – to people who want to make a difference!

I built ENITAS Deutschland GmbH from the ground up – from the initial idea to being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe (FT1000, Financial Times). As a shareholder, I significantly influenced the strategic direction, created structures, and scaled teams.

After almost a decade, I transferred my shares to my own holding company and am now only passively involved through my investment company. I handed over operational management in May 2025.
