In my last employment, I was Senior Manager at Baker Tilly Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in the Competence Center Valuation, where I moved with my team from FAS AG. We predominantly carried out valuations in the context of impairment tests, investment valuations, purchase price allocations, and M&A processes in the energy, online retail, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. Previously, I spent 4 years at EY in the areas of Transaction Diligence and Capital Markets. There, I primarily conducted financial due diligence, regulatory work, and valuations of financial instruments for large international banks.
