Responsibilities

• support in corporate law matters (e.g. mergers etc.)

• further development of processes in the finance department

• supporting operational development by processing financial requirements and components

Tasks

• Process design and optimization in finance and accounting

• Support for various processes and projects within the scope of restructuring

• Implementation of ERP system (Datev) and intelligent workflows

• Insourcing of bookkeeping from external tax advisor

• Handling tax matters

• Billing management

• Budgeting, cost planning, and cost controlling

• Documentation of transfer prices

• Preparatory activities for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Acting as a substitute for booking various business transactions (incoming and outgoing invoices)

• Setting up liquidity management

• Support in reporting and performance management

• Participation in the design of internal service support

Tasks

• Auditing of consolidated and annual financial statements in accordance with national accounting regulations

• Verification of compliance with accounting regulations

• Analysis, assessment, and audit of the regularity of processes and IT systems (IDW PS 330)
