Dennis De Wit

For Cresciamo, I provide coaching, training, and guidance in leadership and personnel development. Additionally, I assist companies and organizations with analysis and advice on strategy, processes, and procedures.

As a member of the design team, I contribute to the design of the structure, professional products, and content of the Police Leader program. Within this team, I also hold the portfolio for research capabilities and internationalization.

As a Program Supervisor, I am the line manager for police and detective students, and I monitor and guide the learning process of new colleagues during their studies. I coach, advise, and coordinate with unit team leaders, sector heads, the Police Academy, practice supervisors within the units, and other individuals involved in the studies of new and advancing colleagues.
