Hello,

After more than 20 years as an employee, I decided to give my career a new direction. I wanted to provide training in management control and practice my profession with the highest standards. By becoming independent, I was able to pursue both of these activities.

I provided training at the CNAM schools in Paris and Saint-Denis, and at IFOCOP in Cergy. Despite the significant amount of preparatory work, I enjoyed delivering these courses to show the reality of the field compared to theoretical cost calculations. It was also about conveying a mindset, a way of operating to move beyond Excel spreadsheets.

I undertook interim management assignments in well-known companies. My experiences at Reed Midem, Lapeyre, ERI, and Hermès demonstrate my ability to adapt to different markets and organizations.

I have faced crisis situations, always seeing my missions through to completion. Whether it was for interim management (following a sudden departure) or to improve the implementation of a software solution (Hyperion/Smartview), I supported the CFO in their decision-making.

My aptitude for IT allows me to be reactive with unfamiliar software. Accustomed to learning quickly, my experience allows me to take a step back in all situations to focus on what is important.

Today, I am available for my next challenge.
