• • Propose IT services based on Datacenter technological platforms. Define a service catalog to structure, clarify, and professionalize the relationship between the IT department and its clients.

• • Standardize IT services in line with market benchmarks: objectives, service levels (SLA/OLA), and costs.

• • Implementation of the CMDB for the management of technical assets and services.

• • Implementation of a service center for the provision and support of services.

• • Definition of the service center's organizational structure and Datacenter operational processes (demand, incident, problem, deployment, and change management following ITIL model).

• • Coordination of all Datacenter projects in alignment with the service catalog construction, including the deployment of Datacenter hardware platforms (Virtualization, Loadbalancers, File Storage, Backup, etc.).

• • Leading change management within the IT department.

As part of the deployment of its 21_23 strategy, the GTS group (Global Technology Services) is initiating the Network and DC program to reduce the complexity of infrastructure services. The implementation of this strategy is entrusted to the group's HCS department. My mission is part of the program management to evaluate its performance at the budgetary and operational levels. 6 Million Euros are allocated to the program over 3 years.

Missions:

• • Management of the Network & DC program within the framework of the GTS 21_23 strategy (€6M over 3 years).

• • Structuring of the project portfolio (technical streams: automation, offshoring, standardization).

• • Budget evaluation and monitoring (CAPEX/OPEX), analysis of cost savings generated.

• • Preparation of financing files, analysis of the IT promise, GO/NO GO presentation.

• • Operational monitoring of financed projects and regular reporting to sponsors and the SteerCo.

• • Preparation of project committees, drafting of minutes, alerts on risks and budget deviations.

Consolidation of Datacenters – migration to a secure private Cloud.

• • Management of the relocation project of critical applications to a secure private Cloud.

• • Coordination of technical migration, validation of recovery and continuity plans.

• • Migration of the Openshift 2 platform to Openshift 4 (PAAS), supervision of CI/CD pipelines.

• • Facilitation of governance instances, schedule monitoring, proactive management of deviations.
