Monitoring and updating the program lot planning, including equipment shipping schedules to Brazil.

Organization of weekly monitoring of the various Work Packages of the weapon system (Radar, Communication Systems, Navigation, Command Management System, Weapons)

Monthly reporting of program lot reviews, physical progress, cost, deadlines, KPIs.

Preparation of annual re-engagement (updating) of the program lot.

Monitoring and updating of work package sheets.

Implementation of a transversal PMO organization to optimize R&D project management within the company (deadlines, costs, product quality, inter-site coordination). The company develops testing solutions in the RFID field.

Definition of the repository for project selection and management methodologies (PMBok / "phase/gate" based).

Deployment of agile methods (SCRUM). Training, coaching, and operational support for project managers. Deployment and training on tools (MS Project, JIRA).

Management of the company's project portfolio. Support for project prioritization and resource management. Facilitation of "Portfolio Committees" to align the project portfolio with the company's strategy.

Role of Program Manager on the most critical transversal projects. Monitoring of product certification with relevant bodies (EMVCo, NFC Forum).
