The agent takes the call, chats normally with the person, understands what they want (type of work, urgency, location, contact details), and schedules an appointment when justified.

For an artisan, a missed call often means a client calling a competitor right after. Batilink's idea is to catch these calls and turn them into appointments, without the artisan having to put down their tools.

The hardest part technically is real-time processing. The voice comes in, it needs to be transcribed, processed, and responded to vocally, and all this needs to be fast enough for the conversation to seem natural, not to mention people cutting in. The agent doesn't chat unnecessarily: it has a goal, to qualify and then schedule the appointment. It gathers information throughout the discussion and only confirms a time slot once it has everything, repeating the information to the caller to ensure accuracy.

Vaultyrais an AI-powered budget management app. It retrieves transactions, categorizes them, and provides detailed analysis, including spending breakdowns, trends, and discrepancies, all presented in a gamified format. Based on this, it offers advice tailored to the person's situation, including a "tip of the day".

From the start, I set a simple rule: the AI doesn't touch the numbers. All amounts, whether balances, category totals, or trends, are calculated by the code. The model is used for only two things: phrasing the advice based on an already quantified summary, and generating the gamification layer.
