I was responsible for the complete creation of the accounting department, from software configuration to the establishment of internal procedures. This mission included recruiting and training an accountant, as well as daily supervision of all accounting operations to ensure their reliability and compliance.

I managed monthly closings and produced detailed reports for management, including in-depth analysis of turnover and rigorous monitoring of RFA and cooperative rebates. These analyses helped optimize financial management and inform strategic decisions.
