Developing critical thinking, curiosity, and mastering current events as a tool for integration: Consolidating varied General Knowledge and using HISTORY courses to enrich reflection and develop conversational skills in all circumstances and with all types of interlocutors. Proper use of written and oral French: French language and Writing Techniques courses (compositions, spelling, organizing an outline, argumentation...). Teaching the stakes of etiquette for oneself and the company, learning to highlight one's talents, Oral Expression: Expressing one's personal Aura. Training in mastering politeness, appropriate expressions, and reactions in all circumstances (non-verbal communication, perception positions, learning from mistakes, putting things in perspective, managing disappointment and frustration...), becoming aware of one's non-verbal behavior in communication: Enhancing one's social image. Developing organizational skills (active listening, understanding instructions, knowing how to talk about one's company, developing memory, writing and spelling skills). Support in seeking internships and work-study placements, dedicated coaching and advice, advising students in their daily work environment, liaison with company tutors. Individual and group coaching follow-up missions (files, oral exams, internship reports, professional reports, activity reports...). Facilitator among all: pedagogical direction/students/professors. Representative and promotional role at student fairs and open days, learner recruitment.

Consulting, support, listening, and assistance activities for students, employees, and managers. School coaching, student coaching for young people: self-confidence, preparation for exams, oral and written tests, support for assignments, writing, and all types of work and projects (private lessons in-person, remote, phone...). Motivation follow-up and support, psychological support: strengths/weaknesses, welcoming and listening to difficulties, anxieties, managing frustration & disappointment. NLP techniques and the contribution of sophrology and relaxation if needed (breathing, visualization).

Press relations, social media communication, strategies. Managing press visits and interviews on site at the Quai d'Orsay (national, European...). Organizing daily schedules, travel (reservations, contacts, meetings, preparatory writing...), and events (breakfasts, lunches, press conferences...), collaboration with all departments of the ministry.
