Within the Information Systems Department of Nissan Automotive Europe (Retail), I managed, coordinated, and supervised projects in the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience domains. As part of the Customer Experience program and the digital transformation of Nissan Europe, I am leading projects to redesign customer-facing functions.
