As a community manager for GoodHive, I create and develop a dynamic and engaged community of Web3 IT talent. Here are my actions: I create a welcoming environment by ensuring the Discord channel offers a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where all members feel welcome. I promote discussions and exchanges by encouraging members to actively participate by asking questions, sharing their experiences, and offering advice. I organize regular online events and sessions such as AMAs, mentoring sessions, and presentations. I provide relevant resources and advice by gathering and sharing articles, tutorials, career guides, job offers, etc. I collaborate with other Web3 initiatives by working closely with other communities, projects, and initiatives to foster synergies and promote collaboration opportunities. I ensure active community management by monitoring the Discord channel, moderating discussions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with community rules.
