The client's management was dissatisfied with the interaction and work of the technical department. The first activity consisted of a complete audit of the technical department's operations and inter-departmental interactions. The audit revealed numerous areas for improvement.

The next phase involved taking on the role of Technical Director to restructure the team, work methods, and ways of interacting with management and other departments.

Finally, a last phase allowed for the recruitment of a new Technical Director and ensured the smoothest possible transition with the newly formed team.

First as an Architect: Defining and developing an up-to-date technical architecture for the company's main product: Digital DNA Server. Improving development practices.

Then as Technical Director: Managing the R&D team that develops the strong authentication solution since February 2013, with the objectives of extending the solution's features and facilitating its integration with third-party solutions. Presenting the product at trade shows and client meetings. Participating in pre-sales phases.

Integrating a Strong Authentication Technology into IAM (Identity and Access Management) services, securing the company's services.

Defining the overall architecture of the solution.

Implementing the necessary back-end and front-end functionalities for the technology to operate.

Defining deployment strategies.
