Denis Barthet

Specializing in industrialization methodology in the special machinery sector thanks to my four years of experience as a technician, I have developed my skills and knowledge in project management and process improvement through my work-study program at CIR. My experience at Préciméca has also allowed me to apply project coordination, planning, and communication techniques between different stakeholders. It is the sum of these professional experiences and areas of expertise developed over the last eight years that I propose, in order to enable optimization adapted to the structure and initial processes.
