I am a Product Manager, and a Product Owner when a project needs someone to manage the backlog day-to-day. But I don't just frame things: I also build. When a need arises, I dig into it, frame it, then I release a real, working prototype. Not a mockup, a real app that your teams can get their hands on. The second, RCRC One, is a support console that centralizes tickets, client files, orders, and the catalog. In parallel, I automated a large part of the editorial and marketing processes with n8n.
