Description

After ten years of HR experience in the public and private sectors, I founded the firm APCH Conseil.

It is an HR expertise firm that targets VSEs/SMEs and associations.

I started from a simple observation:

- Labor law legislation is constantly evolving

- HR management tools are unknown to VSEs/SMEs

- The workload does not require a full-time HR Director

My motivation is to support my clients in optimizing their resources and improving the efficiency of their teams, particularly in the context of scaling up.
