As a Digital Content and Social Media Specialist at Carlton, I am responsible for creating and managing digital content and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. I develop and implement engaging content for various online platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media channels. Additionally, I manage daily social media activities, such as scheduling and posting messages, responding to followers, and monitoring social trends.

I also manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertisements, to effectively reach our target audience and increase conversions. I work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and analyze the performance of our digital and advertising campaigns to continuously improve strategies and strengthen our online presence.
