It's difficult to define yourself, but I'll say I have over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, starting as a system technician and working my way up to IT Director. Working for renowned companies such as Grupo Piñero, Logicalis, Iberostar, Sixt Rent a car, Firstmallorca, Kuhn and Partners, all leaders in their sectors, I have specialized in the administration of large accounts and in sectors such as Hospitality, Real Estate, Automotive, and Nautical.
Currently, I am the Head of Organization and Systems at a company dedicated to distribution, logistics, and transportation. I help with the automation and standardization of IT infrastructures, process automation, and improve daily management while preventing downtime.
I was the IT Manager for Iberostar, managing the IT for the 3 hotels located in Jamaica and new openings in the country, with the help of a great team of professionals, and also Technical and Projects Coordinator at Grupo Piñero.
Among many of the achievements obtained, I would highlight bringing companies into the virtual era and improving their structures, as well as the development of high-availability Wi-Fi networks with support for thousands of users, complex data center migrations, and management of ERP, PMS projects, among others.
