Context:
Harvest is actively working on creating a platform for digitizing subscription processes and managing life insurance products. This platform is adapted for various clients: AXA, CNP, Oradéa, Allianz.
Within the team responsible for this platform, I held the position of Product Owner UX.
My mission was hybrid:
- On one hand, designing certain platform features: deposit processes, account creation, transaction tracking, document library, commission consultation, optimizations and evolutions of the subscription process.
- On the other hand, ensuring the delivery of some of these features: account creation, transaction tracking, document library, commission consultation.

Reezocar, a company specializing in the online sale of guaranteed new and used vehicles (acquired by Société Générale)

Context:
In early 2024, Reezocar's UX & PM teams wanted to take a step back and analyze their online vehicle sales journey for users.
They specifically wanted to:
- Understand the needs and questions of people buying a used car,
- Evaluate the quality of Reezocar's overall used car sales journey,
- Evaluate the quality of Reezocar's new digital used car sales journey before its launch,
- Assess the perceived image of Reezocar,
- Gauge people's interest in a fully online purchase and what would be necessary to trigger it.
These teams also wanted to be trained in user research and testing to become autonomous and proficient in communicating with their users.

Missions:
- Facilitating a needs framing workshop
- Writing 3 interview guides (for 3 personas identified during framing)
- Conducting 15 user interviews
- Training UX & PM teams in user research and testing
- Writing a report summarizing the interviews conducted
- Facilitating a restitution workshop for the study (~20 people present, including one of Reezocar's founders)
