This experience has strengthened my active listening, empathy, and ability to adapt to audiences from different cultures and backgrounds. I have developed skills in intercultural communication and managing complex situations, essential for professional support.

Service Referent and Workshop Facilitator

Activ'Projet: As the referent for the "Activ'Projet" service, I supported job seekers in their professional projects through individual interviews and the organization of group workshops. I developed skills in active listening and personalized advice to help each person define their path.

Workshop Facilitator: Subsequently, I facilitated all the workshops offered by France Travail. I gained solid experience in group facilitation, managing group dynamics, and transmitting knowledge on various employment-related topics (job search techniques, digital tools, soft skills, etc.).

As the founder of the association Ânkh Production, I had the opportunity to implement my passion for artistic project management. Specializing in artist management, I designed and executed a tour for an Afro-Caribbean music group.

This experience allowed me to develop comprehensive and independent expertise in:

Project Management: From studio recording to concert promotion.

Management and Coordination: Creating a portfolio, canvassing, responding to calls for projects, promotion, logistics, and administration.

Administrative Expertise: Managing SACEM declarations and specific regulatory obligations for live performance (holder of licenses 2 and 3).

These skills in management, organization, and leadership are directly transferable to any type of project, whether in training, professional integration, or consulting.
