I’m Delphine, an event management professional, mom of 3, with 13+ years of experience bringing projects to life, from small focused meetings to large-scale international conferences with 500+ participants across the world.

I love the energy of events: the pace, the unexpected twists, the coordination behind the scenes, and that moment when everything comes together perfectly on the day. Over the years, I’ve handled the full spectrum of event production: from tenders and budgeting to supplier management, logistics, and on-site coordination of teams and stakeholders.

I’m known for staying calm and solution-focused when things get intense (because in events, they always do at some point!). I actually enjoy solving problems on the fly and turning challenges into smooth outcomes. I also place a strong emphasis on human relationships.

International experience is also a big part of my background. I’ve worked in Japan and currently operate in a multicultural European environment where English is part of my daily work. This has made me highly adaptable and comfortable working across different cultures and expectations.
