Objective: Support purpose-driven SMEs in optimizing their communication strategy. Missions:

• Conduct 360 audits to optimize effective communication actions and improve ineffective ones.

• Implement action plans: content creation, social media management, creation of various communication materials (visual and content) such as posters, banners, activity report layouts...

• Create image banks: take photos of new employees, photo reports, corporate events for digital or physical use.

Objective: Support the 6 structures within the hub in implementing and developing their national and regional communication. Missions:

• Develop communication strategies: internal diagnosis, SWOT analysis, recommendations, action plan, timeline, and budget definition.

• Implement and monitor communication plans: develop editorial calendars, create and publish content on social media and websites, graphic design of communication materials, monitor and adjust actions.

• Provide communication advice and support to enhance visibility, improve communication, organize events, and choose the best timing for actions.

• Project Manager: coordinate 25 people to advance various national projects and provide local support to each team with monthly individual meetings.

Objectives: Increase visibility and grow the number of members and donors. Missions:

• Develop and implement communication, event, and content strategy: internal diagnosis, identification of strategic priorities, definition of an operational action plan, cost estimation, creation and monitoring of a timeline.

• Internal communication: prepare newsletters for 3,000 members and supporters, create a quarterly internal journal (graphic design, content writing, team mobilization for text writing, liaison with the printer...).

• Project Manager: coordinate 10 teams for website redesign, produce promotional videos (manage vendor relations for specifications, approve deliverables, promote projects internally and externally...).

• Web (website updates) and Community Manager for 4 social networks with over 15,000 followers (create posts, moderate comments). Multiplied likes on Twitter by 8 in 2020, gained +1200 followers on LinkedIn and Facebook in 1 year.

• Event Management: organize "La Fête des mares" (10 days of digital content, one in-person and virtual launch day, manage a network of 100 partners and coordinators), staff booths at partner festivals (recruit volunteers, logistics, promotion...), organize digital and in-person General Assembly (recruit candidates, organize online voting, follow-ups...).
