Twenty years around the world (China, Japan, Spain, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates) have allowed me to acquire skills in communication, journalism, and teaching, through various roles in diverse environments.

Since my return to France and a career change, I have been a sophrologist and hypnotherapist.

Individually or in groups, I support people going through a difficult period (stress, anxiety, exhaustion, confidence and self-esteem issues, breakups, grief, exam preparation, etc.), who wish to overcome a block or prepare for an event.

I help them reconnect with their feelings, their needs, and their resources. I provide them with tools that enable them to become autonomous in their evolution.

I work in all types of structures (companies, associations, schools, sports clubs, etc.) and offer thematic workshops in groups: self-confidence, stress and emotion management, sleep, concentration, gaining perspective, vitality, preparation for exams and competitions... adapted to the needs of each audience.

Sophrology helps to regain balance and reconnection between the body, mind, and emotions.

Through simple exercises based on controlled breathing, muscle relaxation, and visualization, sophrology allows for better management of personal or professional issues, and access to well-being.
