As a telephone advisor for an accounting training organization, I remotely assist individuals in building and clarifying their professional projects.

My role involves listening to learners' needs and objectives, guiding them towards suitable and CPF-eligible training programs, and then assisting them throughout the registration process. I also handle administrative support, particularly regarding procedures related to CPF and France Travail, providing clear and concrete answers to encountered issues.

I provide support via phone and chat, with an approach focused on understanding, pedagogy, and problem-solving. Accustomed to remote work, I facilitate digital processes and help individuals who may be less comfortable with tools or administrative procedures to move forward calmly and effectively.

For over 2 years, I have been assisting infopreneurs, coaches, and e-commerce businesses in managing and converting their leads into customers.

I am involved in the entire process: initial contact, qualification, personalized exchanges, closing, follow-up, and loyalty building. My goal is to ensure fluid, professional, and human communication to optimize conversion rates while maintaining a lasting relationship of trust with clients.

I have worked in various sectors (online training, dropshipping, personal development, event management – wedding fairs), which allows me to quickly adapt my communication style and approach based on the target audience and the offer.

I can also participate in content creation and conversation animation (seeding) to naturally engage an audience and prepare for conversion.
