Passionate about psychology, how our brain works, and social interactions since always, I have held several operational positions, from transverse team management in agencies to direct management of teams in service centers in temporary work for over 20 years.
What I enjoyed most about management was surrounding myself with collaborators with very different personalities and uniting them around a common project by highlighting each person's talents, or even developing them. I am convinced of the power of collective intelligence in the service of a common objective, a shared vision.
In 2016, I decided to retrain as a certified professional coach to equip myself with tools and methods for individual and collective support. My goal is to share my experience and my qualities of listening, empathy, rigor, and organization, and to enable everyone to reveal their potential and improve their relational skills.
