This training allowed me to develop a structured approach to web development, from needs analysis to the deployment of functional projects.

Assistant Manager in hospitality starting January 2019, after a progressive internal evolution within the same establishment where I worked for 9 years.

I started as a receptionist before moving up to Head of Reception in October 2017, then Assistant Manager.

In this role, I was responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. I handled customer relations, managed unforeseen issues, and oversaw the organizational aspects of the establishment.

I also negotiated contracts with companies (preferential rates and group bookings), in both French and English.

Furthermore, I participated in the implementation of a new management software (PMS), contributing to its integration and operational use by the teams.

This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in management, communication, organization, team coordination, and problem-solving, which I now apply in my freelance web developer activities.
