About Delphine

I have built my professional career in marketing research and consumer knowledge.
What I know how to do and what I like to do revolves around project management, strategic monitoring and analysis, as well as communication to aid decision-making with a taste for challenge.

My added value is to place people, the customer, at the heart of organizations and decisions in service of brand strategies and innovation, particularly responsible innovation.

I have developed these skills through dual experience, first agency-side then client-side, with an international focus and 4 major stages:

-First in a research institute in England then in France at Millward Brown International (Kantar today), where I developed expertise in brands and advertising. I managed over 1.5 million euros in brand tracking studies and advertising pre/post tests, and grew with the French subsidiary by recruiting, training, and developing a team of research executives.
-Then in 1999, I created the position of Consumer Research Manager Europe at Thomson Multimédia with a transformation challenge: moving from a product culture to a more marketing-focused approach.
-In 2007, I joined the American group Newell Brands with the mission of managing brands internationally. In a multicultural and matrixed environment, I held an Insights Director position, acting as a true interface with brands across 3 different sectors over 9 years, managing research projects in over 10 countries and an annual budget of 2 million euros.
-Today, and since 2016, I leverage my expertise in understanding people and markets to support companies - large groups, mid-sized companies & startups - in their brand, innovation, and CSR challenges within transformation contexts.
