Business Partner to the Operations Director – Industrial Transformation and Strategic Support.

Assigned for three years to the Operations Director of the Clarins group at the industrial site with over 600 employees to support the transformation of operations and assist in implementing the industrial strategy.

As the Operations Director's right-hand person, I acted as the interface between strategy, organization, and execution to coordinate the site's structuring projects and foster team alignment around transformation priorities.

This mission helped secure several major site transformations while strengthening team mobilization and cooperation between different departments.

The trust established with the Operations Directorate led Clarins to successively offer me the urgent role of European Supply Chain Director to ensure management continuity after the incumbent's departure, and then to integrate me into the company in this position.
