After 10 years in a web agency managing the digital strategies of numerous clients, my life took a turn in 2023 with the onset of an autoimmune disease.

Somewhat tenacious and determined, I put my life on hold for 2 years to regain my health (and it worked!)

After this ordeal, I left my job to build a more aligned and meaningful life.

I created Nahé in June 2025 with the mission to reinvent the support for chronic illnesses and help others transform their health.

Through this project, I designed and deployed a complete digital ecosystem (website creation, technical optimization, SEO writing, copywriting, storytelling, automation...etc)

Today, we have a common mission: to promote natural health on a larger scale🤝

I created the Nahé platform to offer a comprehensive and structured approach to health for people with chronic or autoimmune diseases.
This project is the result of my dual expertise in natural health (naturopathy, micronutrition, nutrition, functional biology...) and digital marketing.

I created the project from A to Z:
- Creation of the WordPress site + technical optimization to ensure a smooth user experience (very good scores on PageSpeed Insights)
- Writing SEO-optimized articles on health topics
- Creation of a free ebook (lead magnet)
- Copywriting: writing all communication materials with a concrete and inspiring tone that speaks to my target audience

- Storytelling: I use my personal story with an autoimmune disease to build trust with my audience.
