As the founder, CEO, and scientific director of Biologie Elearning since 2015, I develop and oversee continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.

Creation and Management: I founded Biologie Elearning to meet the growing demand for online continuing education in the health sector. My role involves steering the organization's strategic evolution based on the needs of healthcare professionals.

Scientific and Pedagogical Expertise: I am responsible for the scientific validation of training courses and the design of educational content in partnership with industry experts.

Support for New Missions: We train healthcare professionals in the latest legal developments and missions, such as vaccination and over-the-counter STI screening, by offering adapted and recognized training.

Target Audience: Our training courses are aimed at medical biologists, nurses, advanced practice nurses (IPA), and pharmacists, to help them develop their skills in a constantly evolving context.

As the founder and CEO of 360Skillvue, I designed and developed a solution exclusively dedicated to remote ergonomic analyses. My role involved structuring every aspect of the company, from platform creation to building the team of ergonomists and seeking clients.

Key Achievements:

Development of a collaborative platform: I had an innovative platform developed for conducting remote ergonomic analyses. This solution facilitates real-time communication and evaluation between ergonomists and company employees, while leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize the analysis of workstations and professional environments.

Recruitment of ergonomics experts: I assembled a team of qualified and specialized ergonomists to ensure detailed and personalized analyses for client companies. This team assists companies in improving their employees' working conditions through a remote approach.

Client acquisition: As CEO, I actively sought and acquired clients for 360Skillvue, demonstrating the benefits of digitalizing ergonomic analyses. This includes the ability to perform ergonomic assessments without the need for physical travel, improving the flexibility and responsiveness of interventions.
