 Agile AMOA: Gathering requirements from business units, functional translation of needs, writing user stories consistent with prioritization, monitoring production and development in conjunction with the scrum master, conducting acceptance tests.

 Project management for the current backlog, interfacing with stakeholders (various business units, IT department, portal strategy management, ...).

 Mobile Redesign: Analysis and functional transcription of marketing and technical needs for the mobile journey redesign. Front-end design. Coordination of external interfaces (CRM). Coordination of creative and technical teams.

 Agile ceremonies (planning, demos, retrospectives, ...) - Internal reporting, risk management, and alerts to portal management
