I led projects in the field of R&D, focused on the extraction, characterization, and evaluation of colloidal systems using phospholipids, aiming to create value-added products within the framework of the circular economy initiative for cocoa in the department of Santander, Colombia.

I led projects involving advanced extraction and characterization techniques, particularly the use of low/medium and high-resolution mass spectrometry for in-depth geochemical analysis of Colombian heavy crude oil. Managed comprehensive studies on the extraction, purification, and stability assessment of asphaltenes.
