Development of a recruitment strategy to attract hard-to-find profiles in a highly competitive environment, building an HR policy within a liberated company to retain employees. Development of an employment network: institutions, training organizations, recruitment firms, associations.

Since 2018, I have been involved in collective (redundancy plans, voluntary departures, CSP) and individual (outplacement) schemes in Brittany and Pays-de-la-Loire. I advise and support employees (managers and non-managers) in the various stages of their professional project: positioning on a project, decision-making assistance, support in training procedures, employment activation (work on CV, cover letter, job search methodology, interview preparation). To carry out my missions, I use tools such as professional assessments and personality tests. I also lead group workshops and develop a network of employment partners.

Definition of needs with operational managers, high-volume recruitment for agencies in the South of France, HR interviews, sales simulations, preparation of hiring files, guarantor of legal recruitment procedures (contract type and reason - remuneration - DPAE - verification of residence permits, etc.), support for the recruitment of customer service representatives for the Dublin call center.
