Studio Happy Story is my creative baking studio for custom cakes and cupcakes. I am a self-taught baker and cake designer with a background in graphic design.

- Setting up & maintaining my own business (business plan, accounting, networking, sales, marketing, PR)

- Producing my own products within the product range (cakes, cupcakes, workshops) in a HACCP compliant manner

- Designing & developing media outputs including: website, offline print work, publication images, copy

- Renovation & design of Studio Happy Story

- Participation in markets & events (including organization, planning, visual design, production & sales at Pathé Tuschinski, Local Goods Weekend Markets, Indie Kids Mini Festival)

- Organizing & conducting (specialist) workshops for children, adults, and companies

As an all-around designer, I have had the opportunity to create and support many graphic and interior design projects. My responsibilities included designing and producing presentations, developing concepts in various media outputs, image editing, creating media for clients ranging from menus, posters, flyers to social media, website graphics, and art direction for photoshoots. Here, I was given the space to significantly improve my interior design skills by technically supporting interior solutions for kitchens and hospitality and expanding my material knowledge. As a highlight, I was involved in the total development of a children's buffet with accessories for a large holiday park in the Netherlands and abroad. Here I was able to add skills such as technical drawing in VectorWorks, customer experience, and conceptual thinking to my portfolio.
