Evangelizing and implementing Infrastructure as Code to maximize configuration traceability and facilitate infrastructure backup and restoration.

Design and implementation of an automated monthly patching scheduler for VMs distributed across +8 countries on 3 continents, with time zone and daylight saving time change management.

Cross-functional mission within Arneo (Mantu group), covering platform engineering, tool modernization, and support for major clients (PSG, Fraikin, Pierre Fabre…).

🏗️ Infrastructure & FinOps

Design, deployment, and provisioning of the group's new software factory (Arneo / Pixel Alliance / 7circles merger) — infrastructure created with Terraform, provisioned with Ansible. Migration from an uncontrolled cloud infrastructure (AWS) to an open-source virtualized stack (Proxmox VE & Proxmox BS), generating €24,000/year in savings through resource pooling and cleanup of unused resources.

🔁 CI/CD & Best Practices

Evangelizing and implementing CI/CD best practices with clients — structuring Ansible playbooks, modernizing pipelines, supporting technical teams.

🔒 SecOps & SRE

Integrating security into all practices (SecOps). Incident management and multi-cloud monitoring (OVH, AWS, Scaleway, Infomaniak…) for a portfolio of +20 clients.

📚 Administration & Documentation

Administration of 3 Gitlab/Confluence instances (pending merger). Complete redesign and reorganization of technical documentation. Management of the full project lifecycle: provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, operations.

☁️ Private Cloud & Infrastructure

Setup and management of the load balancing service on SG's OpenStack private cloud. Management of the deployment pipeline lifecycle on virtualised infrastructure (Jenkins / Ansible / VMware).

🤖 Automation & Monitoring

Development of Python scripts to automate supervision tasks, with integration to Prometheus and Grafana APIs for real-time observability.
