Founded in 2019, ATSO is a training and consulting firm specializing in broader issues of harassment and professional equality. For its founder, Dea Lorenzini, professional equality is based on the fight against violence, from discrimination to assault. Indeed, there can be no equality without safety within work teams. It also relies on valuing all profiles and all skills within teams.

After several years of experimenting with intervention methods on issues of sexual and gender-based violence, gender equality, and the fight against discrimination, ATSO stands out with an innovative approach: raising awareness and training through storytelling. Lupalfa, halfway between role-playing and forum theater, allows everyone to engage with these sensitive topics while being protected by the distance of fiction. In this way, its approach remains consistent. Despite the sensitivity of the themes, the emotional safety of each individual remains the priority.

The firm also provides support to management and teams during crisis situations. A harassment complaint is always delicate, both for employee representative bodies (CSE) and for leaders. Being supported in this context can be a significant gain in time and organization.
