Fixed cost management control: Ensure the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of

• fixed costs in conjunction with support departments. Development of consolidated reporting and monthly variance monitoring. Monthly closing with the SAP FI CO ERP system.

• Implementation of cost monitoring tools (maintenance, headcount, expenses by department) to improve financial visibility and budget control.

Implementation of a non-quality cost governance – ATR

Steering a structuring project at ATR on non-quality costs. Identification of 11 drivers (scrap, rework, warranty…), implementation of a 150-page governance defining roles, stakeholders, and data transmission processes. Creation of a shared data model between finance, quality, and operations. Facilitation of monthly committees and creation of consolidated KPIs for non-quality monitoring.

Quality department management control: Budget / Reforecast / Monthly closing.

Internal T&E control for 18 months at Airbus. Implementation of verification processes for compliance with travel (Travel & Expenses) policies by T&E approvers. Analysis of expenses via Qlik Sense, anomaly detection, and corrective actions. Contribution to AFA (French Anti-Corruption Agency) controls with procedure documentation, action tracking, and practice security. Transfer of activity to a shared service center: training, procedure transfer, and ramp-up.
