These agents automate business tasks continuously (prospecting, email management, competitive intelligence, customer support, content publishing) and connect to clients' existing tools (Gmail, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, CRM, Stripe).

Expertise in REST API development and microservices implementation. Major contributions in cybersecurity and cloud development.

Complete management of network infrastructure including Active Directory administration, network security (cybersecurity, VPN), and management of local and remote servers (Office 365, OVH).

Key missions and achievements: Business process analysis: Understanding client needs and analyzing existing industrial processes to propose suitable solutions within the MES system. Configuration and deployment: Configuring the Flexnet Delmia Apriso system to meet the equipment manufacturer's specific requirements for production management and continuous improvement. Production process optimization: Implementing modules to monitor and optimize manufacturing operations in real-time, increasing visibility on the production line. Workflow automation: Implementing automations to reduce manual interventions, minimize errors, and improve overall process efficiency. Data integration: Ensuring seamless data integration between the MES and other information systems (ERP, SCADA), guaranteeing real-time synchronization and optimal management of inventory and production orders. Training and support: Training internal teams on the use of the MES system and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of processes after deployment. Thanks to my work, the equipment manufacturer was able to strengthen its ability to track production, anticipate malfunctions, and improve the overall quality of manufacturing operations management.
