Occasional collaborations as an internal consultant and auditor for ISO 9.001, ISO 14.001, and ISO 45.001 standards, as well as training in various aspects of Quality, Environment, OSH, and Lean Manufacturing.

Development and monitoring of the correct implementation of IATF 16.949, ISO 9.001, ISO 14.001, ISO 9.100, ISO 91.20, ISO 27.001, ISO 14.064-1, Zero Waste standards, and specific customer requirements. Leading inspections, system audits, internal product and process audits, customer and supplier audits according to VDA 6.3, as well as meetings with national and international clients to address quality issues of different projects concerning Non-Conformities, Firewalls, and Improvements. Management of Customer Complaints and internal Non-Conformities using RCA methodology, preparing 8D reports for the launch of Improvement Action Plans focused on problem occurrence and detection. Performing the homologation process for new products, preparing required documentation such as: PPAP, PSW, IMDS, Flowchart, FMEA, Control Plan, CpK, MSA, and Material Specifications (including REACH / Rohs / PFA documentation). Collaborating in the development of new processes and machinery through analysis of requirements and needs.
