Frontend Lead Developer for Descours & Cabaud, on the OTR (Response Time Optimization) project for the redesign of the multi-brand e-commerce site (Prolians - Hydralians - Dexis).

The project involves a redesign of the existing site (Magento 2) to a new design and web technologies like React.js, Next.js 15 (app router), Tailwind, and Apollo GraphQL, focusing on performance optimization.

The project is divided into 3 Lots. I was the Front-end Lead for the Client squad and then the Checkout Tunnel squad (~8 developers) (authentication, account management, dashboards, history, configuration) and worked with 3 front-end developers.

My responsibilities included:

◦ Technical expertise on topics such as implementing the authentication system (OAuth 2.0, JWT), optimizing GraphQL queries (client/server), and page caching.

◦ Mentoring developers (training, code reviews, technical discussions).

◦ Technical organization of the squad (organizing backlog refinements, retrospectives).

Development of a Web application for configuring and versioning Carrier machines (air conditioners, Rooftops, Fan Coils).

Fullstack development of the Matrix application, intended for R&D, marketing, and sales teams. The application manages the configuration of all machines produced by Carrier, versioning of machine properties, as well as their options and incompatibilities. Matrix is developed in React and Typescript, with intensive use of GraphQL and Tanstack (cache), and HTML 5 and CSS 3 standards. The backend (CRUD) is entirely generated from a schema defined via Prisma and served with Apollo GraphQL. The project is hosted on AWS, with the backend served by Lambdas, the front by CloudFront, and the database on Amazon RDS.

Development of a microservices-based semantic analysis product.

Development of microservices for a semantic analysis platform for press publishers and e-commerce players. Development of a technical foundation for existing microservices (modular library with starters for REST API and client, message producers and subscribers for an event-driven architecture, tests at various levels, etc.), an HTML parsing, unpacking, and tagging module to enable semantic analysis of web pages.

Kubernetes project hosted in the GCP cloud. Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of a legal publishing application. Development, maintenance, and evolution of various front-end components in React and Redux, as well as a proprietary library.

REST services in Kotlin and Spring.
