Timetable Engineering

- Design of the timetable for the LGV South-East

- Conducting timetable studies related to investments to be submitted to the National Investment Committee, prospective studies in conjunction with the Organizing Authorities and in coordination with the Network Design Department.

Capacity Allocation

- Contribution to axis industrial policy studies to guide planning choices on structuring projects and definition of capacity allocation scenarios.

- Development of a "Freight model" (preliminary studies of compatibilities between generic work windows / monitoring and corrective actions, known or assumed activations of the timetable over 24 hours and certain sensitive slots not integrable into the systematic timetable

Business Expertise "Timetables" and institutional relations

o Organization and deployment of internal work processes within SNCF Fret

o Defense of SNCF Fret's interests with SNCF Réseau (formerly RFF) and European Corridors

o Animator of the "timetables" subject (animation of timetable requests, development of business sheets and request directives, monitoring of calendar deadlines, support for production departments)

Timetable IT Systems Animation

o Implementation and management of the business/IT timetable trajectory

o Project Manager and Business Animator for timetable IT systems: requests, timetable monitoring, simulation,...

o Execution of delegated project ownership in the development of tools specific to timetable and work management: definition of business needs, management of bugs and tests to be carried out in conjunction with the Fret IT department, then deployment within the Production Departments

International Relations

o Coordinator of "timetables" exchanges and processes related to international matters, both with SNCF Réseau and with other railway companies (FTE / RNE / UIC working groups)
