Guarantor of the successful completion of large-scale cross-functional projects for Value Factory (Bouygues Telecom Marketing Service). Drafting specifications allowing the realization of detailed studies following exchanges with all project stakeholders (MOA, MOE, internal and external). Organization and animation of COPROJ (project committee) and COPIL (steering committee) for the management of the billing service of all services of 2 marketing factories (Value Factory / Service and content). Organization and animation of COPROJ (project committee) with each factory to validate the solution to be implemented as well as the project roadmap. Organization and animation of COPIL (steering committee) with the management of each factory in order to prioritize the project with each of them, as well as with the management of Bouygues Telecom. Implementation and management of an internal audit in order to resolve an organizational dysfunction impacting the budget. In collaboration with other telephone operators (Orange and SFR) as well as AF2M (French Association of Mobile Multimedia), I write the RFI (request for information) as well as the expression of need for certain multi-operator projects. Drafting of contracts and SLA (service level agreement). Exchanges can take place in French or English depending on the partners. The projects can concern different areas such as messaging (push-sms, RCS…), micropayment or carrier-billing. Management of the development division of an Alten service center for the Bouygues Telecom client with junior and senior developers. Recruitment, support and supervision of developers on the projects concerned. Management of roadmaps and the CAF of the service by planning the tasks of each of them (PMO).
