I am passionate about the Food universe. Son and grandson of Grenoble Caterers (aka la Fine Fourchette), I was immersed very early in the restaurant world and trained in the importance of customer satisfaction and sound financial management.

Graduated with a Master's in Accounting, Control, Audit from IAE Grenoble, I began my career as a financial auditor at KPMG for six years. I was able to develop rigor, work methodology, and my management skills.
