    Objective
    Automate invoice issuance after purchase while ensuring compliance, to avoid manual errors, secure the administrative process, and streamline the customer experience.

    Initial problem
    The client needed a reliable system to:
    • trigger invoicing after a purchase made through Circle,
    • generate clean and compliant invoices,
    • correctly apply VAT rules,
    • adhere to specific mentions and constraints related to their business,
    • avoid omissions, data entry errors, or administrative inconsistencies.

    The manual process was time-consuming, increased the risk of error, and complicated accounting tracking.

    Implementation
    I designed a complete workflow to:
    • automatically retrieve purchase information from Circle,
    • structure customer and order data,
    • apply the correct VAT rules based on the context,
    • generate a compliant invoice with the right mentions,

    Objective
    Automatically synchronize payments, community access, and enrollment in the correct marketing lists to avoid manual errors and ensure a smooth member experience.

    Initial problem
    The client sold their offers through ThriveCart and needed to automatically manage:
    • access to certain Circle spaces,
    • status changes based on subscription,
    • cancellations or expirations,
    • member enrollment in the correct email sequences.
