My experience enables me to evaluate, train and boost sales teams facing major challenges.

I have led teams that have triumphed over impossible challenges: i) boosting sales of enterprise software that did not yet have a defined category (currently the market leader in data virtualization), or ii) traveling the world capturing editorial content for the first subscription reading platform; with the stigma of proposing disruptive technologies, without the brand support of a large industry player, pre-established channels or financial support.

I have built lasting relationships with all types of partners (consultants, OTT resellers, carrier billing operators, affiliate/cashback networks...), and I have had to deal cold-heartedly with unknown or conservative sectors (publishing, defense, customer service, banking, telco or retail).

I firmly believe in the need to innovate in demand generation mechanisms, and in methodologies to unravel the client's business processes and align them with your value proposition; because a winning sales strategy is inseparable from the construction and persistent communication of effective stories.
