Currently working at Capgemini for Telefónica España on the Galileo Project, performing monitoring and operation tasks for Nokia datacenters. My role includes managing network and security infrastructures with Check Point firewalls and F5 load balancers, as well as documentation, testing, and trial runs of equipment in the go-live process for systems delivered by the Engineering and Transformation teams.

I am responsible for daily incident management and ticket generation, ensuring compliance with contract SLAs and KPIs, as well as preparing daily activity and service status reports for the client. Network Infrastructure Management and Advanced Technical Support

I perform network administration and support functions in critical environments, especially in hospitals, educational institutions, and administrative offices of the Government of the Principality of Asturias. My work focuses on equipment management, infrastructure improvement, and Level 2 incident resolution.

HP ProCurve and Aruba: Level 2 incident resolution and participation in migration projects to improve network availability in centers managed by CGSI.

Juniper and HP A5500: Network administration in hospital environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Aruba and Cisco Wireless Controllers: Implementation and management of WiFi networks (APs 2800), ensuring efficient connectivity in hospitals and government sites.

🚀 Infrastructure Optimization

RADIUS Service: Implementation and optimization of the centralized authentication system in over 400 educational centers, significantly improving security and access efficiency.

Backup Administration: Standardization and configuration of centers for auto-discovery in the backup tool, optimizing backup and recovery processes.

IPAM Management (NetDot): Comprehensive administration of IP addresses and network infrastructure documentation.

My work focuses on internal network engineering and transformation projects in Telefónica España's main datacenters, located in Julián Camarillo and Tecno Alcalá, as well as solutions for the company's corporate clients.

Executing migration and regularization tasks in critical environments such as Ibercom, ensuring the correct integration of systems and technologies.

Collaborating in the implementation of robust and efficient solutions, following industry standards and protocols.

Throughout my career, I have worked with technologies and manufacturers such as Nokia (SR1), Huawei, Cisco Nexus, Checkpoint firewalls, as well as tools like NetOPS and Grafana, which have allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex telecommunications environments.
